A Few

Words About Me

Hi, I'm Caitlin. My passion is facilitating the empowerment of those who help others.  If you are reading this page chances are you are someone who cares a lot. Sometimes that's not easy so let me support you on your journey.

My

Mission

My personal mission is to facilitate the empowerment of those who share my vision of a different world. A fairer, more inclusive, caring, and enjoyable world. Don't give up hope! It is possible, it just requires more teamwork than ever before.

My

Story

Prior to becoming a kinesiologist, I spent 11 years working in environmental impact assessment for a mining company. My area of expertise was in zoology, specifically 'subterranean fauna' (yes that includes troglodytes). I was a passionate environmentalist, hoping to 'change the system' from within by promoting the use of cutting edge science in decision making. However once in 'the system' I saw that the issue was not a lack of science, but a lack of personal empowerment. As a society we are often too busy, tired and sick to be able to contemplate what we really value. Implemeting change becomes impossible. It is easier to keep doing what we already know. But doing what you already know will not bring you closer to happiness, either as an individual or a society.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again but expecting a different result.

Anonymous (often attributed to Albert Einstein)

After this realisation, I hit my own personal rock bottom.  Plagued by anxiety, depression, digestive complaints, hormonal problems and exhaustion,  I had to find answers. Lets just say my spiritual anxiety was out of control.  What was the point of all of this? Was I going crazy? My ecology training suggested humanity was heading into an obvious ecological collapse and extinction event. Was I supposed to ignore that? Was it better to run like a mouse on the wheel of 'being a productive member of society' and then inevitably get old and die?

I tried a lot of conventional and alternative modalities in attempting to heal my physical and mental pain. Through this I found kinesiology. It has given my life purpose and meaning like never before. Many of my physical ailments have also healed. My life experience is now so peaceful and easy.  I am so full of joy and excitement about what the future holds for me, and humanity, that I want to share that feeling with as many others as possible.
